Brighton Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway has three bankers at the seaside venue

Most of my best bets run at Brighton so it’s worth playing the Placepot at the seaside track.

Sense Of Security looks a likely improver in the opening 6f maiden (1.45) for fillies, but only two places are on offer so it might also be worth including the form horse, Tadita Twitch.

The 7f handicap (2.15) is wide open. Course-and-distance winner Aweemaweh probably wasn’t suited by a mile last time and should go in, along with the in-form Porterinthejungle.

The mile nursery (2.45) looks a weak race and Twistaline is banker material. She shaped like this distance would suit when a staying-on third at Kempton last time and sets the standard.

Mahanakhon Power ran out an impressive winner of a 1m2f handicap at Chelmsford on Saturday and is equally effective on turf. He can defy a penalty in the 1m2f handicap (3.15).

The 6f seller (3.45) is another open race. Hot Scoop is well handicapped and might find this easier than the races he has contested recently. Jack Ryan looks the most solid alternative.

Imperial Force sets the standard in the 6f maiden (4.15) and should be suited by the return to turf. He disappointed in a stronger race on the all-weather last time but could bounce back.
