Wondermare Treve, a dual winner of the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, will be covered by Haras de Bouquetot's new recruit Shalaa in 2017.

The six-year-old daughter of Motivator is currently carrying her first foal by Darley's flagship sire Dubawi.

Shalaa, a three-year-old son of Invincible Spirit, was trained by John Gosden for Al Shaqab Racing to win six races including the Prix Morny and Middle Park Stakes as a two-year-old.

He will stand his first-season at stud at a fee of €27,500 and is fully booked for 2017.

Benoit Jeffroy, stud manager at Haras de Bouquetot said: "We're sending Treve to Shalaa as we believe he's a very exciting stallion for the future and we would like to support him with our best mares.

"Treve along with Twyla Tharp, dam of The Fugue, and Puggy, the dam of Avenir Certain, and Group 1 winner Jemayel will visit Shalaa."
