First breeze-up sale in Europe of 2017 to take place at Ascot
The Wow Signal is a previous graduate of the sale
Tattersalls Ireland has released the catalogue for the Ascot Breeze-Up Sale, which takes place in April.
The collection of ready to run two-year-olds will be shown breezing on the world famous Ascot turf on Tuesday, April 4 at 12pm, and the sale will commence the following day on Wednesday, April 5 at 12pm.
Among the more speedy pedigrees is a Kyllachy filly (Lot 12) out of Look Busy, winner of the Temple Stakes at Haydock, and offered by Mayfield Stables, while Grove Stud offer a Dream Ahead colt (13) out of a Sadler's Wells sister to 2,000 Guineas hero King Of Kings and Irish 1,000 Guineas second Amethyst.
Ardglas Stables offer a Lawman colt (85) out of a sister to Prix de l'Opera scorer We Are, while Bansha House Stables consign a colt (86) by first-season sire Lethal Force out of a sister to dual Group 1 winner Peeress.
Previous graduates of the sale include Royal Ascot scorer The Wow Signal, who was consigned by Lynn Lodge Stud at the 2014 renewal of the sale and was bought by John Quinn for £50,000.
