Tattersalls Ireland and Cheltenham to sponsor all Irish autumn point-to-points
They will also continue to sponsor four- and five-year-old maidens in Britain
Tattersalls Ireland and Tattersalls Cheltenham have announced a package that will offer sponsorship to all Irish point-to-point fixtures this autumn.
Among the graduates of Tattersalls Ireland and Cheltenham are top-class talents Shishkin, Asterion Forlonge, Appreciate It and Monkfish, while Tattersalls are sponsoring this year's annual UK National Point-to-Point awards and continuing with the four- and five-year-old maidens in the UK.
Tattersalls Ireland CEO Simon Kerins said: “We are thrilled to be in a position to sponsor all 34 autumn point-to-points and reaffirm our long-standing support to the National Hunt industry.
"Like everyone I was pleased to see the return of crowds to the track and look forward to meeting our clients on their home turf over the coming months."
Matthew Prior, Tattersalls head of sales, added: "The Tattersalls team are proud to be able to support both the UK and Irish point-to-point industries and this demonstrates our intention to grow our National Hunt sales in 2022."
