The catalogue for the GoffsUK October Horses in Training and Yearling Sale at Doncaster is now online, with a number of leading yards represented alongside yearlings by an assortment of sires.

Taking place on Wednesday, October 19 from 10am, the sale's previous graduates include Grade 2 Coral Hurdle and Cesarewitch Handicap Buzz, the winner of nine races on the Flat and over hurdles.

Formerly with Hughie Morrison, the eight-year-old gelding was picked up by Highflyer for £80,000 from the sale in 2019 and has also been Grade 1-placed for Nicky Henderson when second in last year's Aintree Hurdle.

Other notable graduates include Grade 3 Swinton Handicap Hurdle scorer and Grade 1-placed N'golo and Grade 1 Christmas Hurdle winner Silver Streak.

The catalogue is made up of 65 yearlings and 92 horses in training, including those from the yards of Charlie Hills, Charlie and Mark Johnston, David Barron, David O'Meara, David Pipe, Ed Dunlop, John Hanlon, Jonjo O'Neill, Keith Dalgleish, Margaret Mullins, Sir Michael Stoute, Neil Mulholland, Oliver Sherwood, Richard Fahey, Richard Hannon and Roger Varian.

Goffs UK managing director Tim Kent said: "The Doncaster October Sale is a long-standing event on the Doncaster sale calendar and has shown its ability to produce headline horses through the deeds of graduates like Buzz and N’golo who have done very well for their new connections following their purchase at Doncaster.

“The sale is open to supplementary entries and with Irish pointing now underway as of last weekend, we will likely catalogue further horses in the build-up to the sale and these will be added online to the Goffs UK website as they are entered."
