Tattersalls Ascot announce seven dates for 2021 sales schedule

Tattersalls Ascot have released the schedule for their seven sales dates in 2021.

The opening event, the Ascot March Sale, takes place on April 1, while the June Sale is staged on June 1. The July and August Sales will be held on July 13 and August 17 respectively, while the popular Yearling Sale will run on September 7.

The concluding two sales - the November and December Sales - will take place on November 4 and December 6. They were both cancelled this year due to the ongoing challenges of Covid-19.

This year's Yearling Sale was switched to Park Paddocks in Newmarket, also as a result of the pandemic, while all seven auctions in 2021 are subject to change of date and location.

As revealed by Tattersalls last month, there will be no Ascot Breeze Up-Sale in 2021.
