Getting your five a day isn’t easily achieved once you’re on the sales merry-go-round. Bread, burgers and beer tend to be the go-to sources of sustenance. And they’re the healthy options. 

In a bid to keep scurvy at bay I packed a banana for the journey to Goffs. Sadly a visit to Stansted Airport did little to encourage the consumption of fruit and veg. 

Not for the first time, my backpack got pulled aside for searching at security. No drama. I had nothing to hide. Not that that stopped things taking a bizarre turn.
