Royal Ascot hero The Lir Jet among quality entries for Tattersalls HIT Sale
Other Group winners entered include Royal Dornoch, Cormorant and Dubai Station

Royal Ascot-winning two-year-old The Lir Jet heads a high-class catalogue for the Tattersalls Horses In Training Sale, to be held at Park Paddocks in Newmarket from October 26-29.
The Lir Jet was an impressive winner on debut before being snapped up by Qatar Racing, for whom he won the Norfolk Stakes at the royal meeting.
He is one of several high-class two-year-olds entered, alongside Group 2 runner-up Devious Company and Listed scorer Acklam Express.
The sale features a total of 1,617 lots, including horses from the yards of Richard Hannon, Sir Michael Stoute, Mark Johnston and Roger Varian.
Juddmonte's ever-popular consignment consists of 25 lots, including the smart Emissary and Derevo, while The Castlebridge Consignment offers a sizeable contingent of 81.
Tattersalls Horses In Training catalogue
Among the 47 lots from Ballydoyle are Group winners Royal Dornoch, one of the first Pattern winners for his sire Gleneagles, Kingman colt Cormorant and recent Listed scorer Keats.
Tattersalls chairman Edmond Mahony said: “The unique diversity of the Tattersalls Autumn Horses in Training Sale is the key to its enduring appeal to both domestic and international buyers. Every year the sale produces top-class Flat and National Hunt performers and this year’s catalogue has all the ingredients to appeal to the customary global audience.
"We have already seen our live internet and telephone bidding facilities widely embraced, particularly at the recent July and August Sales, and we will continue to explore every possible avenue for buyers to participate at all of our sales despite the prevailing challenges.”
