Red Jazz, who made a flying start with 22 winners from his first-crop of two-year-olds last season, will relocate from Ballyhane Stud to Gestut Lindenhof in Germany for the 2019 breeding season, where he will be leased for two years.

The 11-year-old son of Johannesburg shares his sire with the much-lamented Scat Daddy and posted his first Group winner at the end of October when Snazzy Jazzy obliged in the Group 3 Prix de Seine-et-Oise sprint at Maisons-Laffitte for trainer Clive Cox.

Other talents for the sire include three-year-old premier handicap scorer Urban Beat and the Group-performed Burgundy Boy.

"I had my eye on Red Jazz in the spring and I'm glad he's coming to us now," Volker Linde of Lindenhof told Galopp Online.

, an admirably consistent performer who won the Group 2 Challenge Stakes at Newmarket and raced 32 times, will remain at a fee of €5,000.
