Plenty of variety on offer at the Tattersalls Ascot July Sale
One-day auction comprising 180 lots takes place on July 16
A catalogue comprising 180 lots has been compiled for this year's Tattersalls Ascot July Sale, the one-day auction which takes place on July 16.
The catalogue is made up of 63 or more Flat horses in training, 68 or more National Hunt and point-to-point horses, and 16 stores.
Among the Flat horses on offer is Chattanooga Boy (lot 47), a two-year-old Acclamation colt who won a 5f novice stakes for trainer George Scott in late April.
He will be preceded into the ring by Roma Bangkok (44), a three-year-old Mount Nelson gelding who was sent out by Marco Botti to win a Chelmsford novice stakes over a mile last season.
The jumps prospects include The Rubinator (110), the winner of a Wexford maiden hurdle on his most recent start. The five-year-old Gold Well gelding will be consigned by his trainer Peter Croke's Ballyfree House Stables.
Another to return to the winner's enclosure last time out is Feel The Pinch (121), with the Uttoxeter winner to be offered by his trainer Fergal O'Brien.
The late Black Sam Bellamy and Trans Island will both be represented by three youngsters during the store-sale section.
