Magnificent seven for Coolmore's brilliant broodmare You'resothrilling
Toy's Naas Listed success extends her dam's extraordinary record
Toy's victory in the Listed Irish Stallion Farms EBF Garnet Stakes at Naas this afternoon for Ballydoyle and Coolmore, enhanced the remarkable record of her dam You'resothrilling.
The three-year-old is the eighth foal produced by the Group 2 Cherry Hinton and Group 3 Swordlestown Stud Sprint Stakes winner, who is a Storm Cat full-sister to the outstanding 'Iron Horse' Giant's Causeway.
Incredibly, all eight of her foals to race have earned blacktype in Group 1 races and Toy is the seventh Stakes winner she has produced to date. All of You'resothrilling's offspring to have raced are by Coolmore's breed-shaping sire Galileo.
You'resothrilling's magnificent seven are headed by Coolmore stallion Gleneagles, whose Group 1 victories included the 2,000 Guineas, Irish 2,000 Guineas and St James's Palace Stakes.

He is the sire of Group 1 winners Loving Dream and Highland Chief as well as Saturday's Group 1 British Champions Fillies' and Mares' Stakes third Insinuendo and last weekend's narrow Dewhurst Stakes runner-up Royal Scotsman.
Gleneagles is one of three Classic winners out of You'resothrilling who is also the dam of Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Marvellous and Joan Of Arc, who was successful in last season's Prix de Diane for Aidan O'Brien.
Marvellous is the dam of Listed Star Appeal Stakes winner Blue Soldier who is now in training in Australia with David Payne.
Happily, who was victorious in the Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes and Prix Marcel Boussac, kept up her dam's remarkable record in Classic races by finishing third in both the 1,000 and Irish 1,000 Guineas.
Vatican City, who is the only one of You'resothrilling's offspring not to earn a black type success, was second to Siskin in the Irish 2,000 Guineas of 2020 while earlier this season, Toy went down by just half a length to Magical Lagoon in the Irish Oaks.
The Group 3 C L Weld Park Stakes winner Coolmore also earned her Group 1 stripes in America, where she was third in the Belmont Oaks.
Taj Mahal won the Group 2 Zipping Classic twice and was second in the Grade 1 Secretariat Stakes and stands in France at Haras de la Haie Neuve. His first crop of runners will be seen on track next year.
Toy was making her seventh start of the season at Naas, and dropping back to a mile having contested the Prix de Diane, Irish Oaks and Preis der Diana on her last three starts.
The chestnut filly is the eighth and final foal that You'resothrilling produced by Galileo. She was covered by Dubawi for the first time in 2021 but sadly the resulting colt foal died after birth. She returned to Dalham Hall to visit Dubawi last spring.
