Twilight Son price set, while Pivotal and Dutch Art reduced
Cheveley Park Stud in Newmarket issues its prices for 2017
Cheveley Park Stud in Newmarket is introducing Twilight Son to breeders at a fee of £10,000 in 2017.
The four-year-old was successful in the 2015 Haydock Sprint Cup and this year's Diamond Jubilee Stakes.
Twilight Son's sire Kyllachy remains at an unchanged price of £15,000 next year.
Kyllachy's stalwart sire Pivotal, meanwhile, will stand his 21st season at Cheveley Park Stud at £40,000, down from £45,000 in 2016.
The operation's popular commercial sire Dutch Art - on the mark with Group winners Dutch Connection and Zonderland this year - is the recipient of a significant fee reduction to £25,000 from £40,000.
Dutch Art's son Garswood will cover his third book of mares at Cheveley Park Stud at a fee of £4,000, a snip of £1,000 from this year.
His sire Medicean is down to £6,000 from £7,000.
Lethal Force, a dual Group 1-winning son of Dark Angel whose first yearlings have been popular at the sales this autumn, remains at a fee of £10,000.
Mayson, whose first crop of two-year-olds this year has yielded 15 winners including Listed scorers Global Applause, Private Matter and Rosie Briar, has had his fee increased by £1,000 to £6,000.
Managing director Chris Richardson said: "At Cheveley Park Stud we aim to offer breeders some of the very best stallions at tremendous value.
"We have huge faith in our current crop of stallions, and we are also delighted to welcome Twilight Son to the roster. We will continue to support all our stallions with our own mares, as well as making them available at realistic prices to our customers."
