New website with information on Pattern races in France
France Galop and FRBC launched the website together
France Galop and the French Racing and Breeding Committee has introduced a new website with information on black-type races in France.
The information is presented in English and covers races on the Flat and over jumps.
Among the information available on the site are race conditions, entries, records, technical information on how to enter a horse, a table of distances and details of FRBC services.
There are more than 350 black-type races in France each year.
Olivier Delloye, general manager of France Galop, said: "The website is aimed at making the job easier for a lot of professionals who are already racing in France or wish to do so.
"The French pattern programme is extremely rich and offers a lot of opportunities on all distances, for fillies and colts of all ages. Prize money in French Listed and Group races is very attractive and beyond the winner's allowance, a black-type win in France brings extra value to the winning horse and its pedigree."
Cecile Adonias, marketing executive for FRBC, added: "The website provides detailed information on races, technical information but also provides you with key contacts for each step of your racing experience in France; starting with France Galop’s racing operations team and ending with the FRBC team to organise your coming."
