Muhaarar given southern hemisphere window
Son of Oasis Dream has first foals this year
Shadwell Stud's exciting young stallion Muhaarar has again been made available to cover a select number of mares on southern hemisphere time.
Oasis Dream's four-time Group 1 winner, whose debut crop of foals have hit the ground this year, was given a similar opportunity in his first season.
"The first foals by Muhaarar have been impressing breeders not just in Europe but all over the world," said Richard Lancaster, the stud director.
"There has been plenty of interest from the southern hemisphere, so we are delighted to give breeders the opportunity to use him. Australian breeding is built around speed - and Muhaarar was the fastest of his generation. He still holds the fastest time for the Commonwealth Cup."
