Coulsty, Rathasker Stud’s new recruit for the 2017 breeding season, has had his first mare scanned in foal.

Tally-Ho Stud’s Strike A Light, a six-year-old daughter of Dutch Art who won three times for Rae Guest, was confirmed in foal to the Group 3 winner.

Coulsty, a six-year-old son of Kodiac, was trained by Richard Hannon to win five races during his career including the Group 3 Prix de Meautry, the Listed Leicestershire Stakes and the King Charles II Stakes.

He is currently standing his first season at the County Kildare operation at a fee of €5,000.
