First mare in foal for Grade 1 hero
Maiden scorer Crazy Bear is from the family of Mr Dinos
Maiden winner Crazy Bear is the first mare confirmed in foal to Grade 1 hero Cannock Chase.
The 14-year-old daughter of King Charlemagne landed a 1m4f at Kempton as a three-year-old and is a half-sister to Grade 1-winning hurdler Glencove Marina. She is out of a half-sister to Group 1 winner Mr Dinos and Group 3 scorer Risk Material.
Cannock Chase, a six-year-old son of Lemon Drop Kid, was trained by Sir Michael Stoute to win five races including the Group 3 Tercentenary Stakes, Group 3 Huxley Stakes and the Grade 1 Canadian International Stakes.
He is standing his first season under the Worsall Grange management banner at Nunstainton Stud.
Nunstainton are also offering a £10,000 breeders' bonus to the breeder of any horse from the first crop of Cannock Chase that wins either a Class 1 or Class 2, 3, 4, 5 maiden in England, or either a Class 1 or open maiden in Ireland during the horse's two-year-old racing campaign.
