Covert Love, the recently-retired Classic-winning daughter of Azamour, has been purchased by Katsumi Yoshida's Northern Farm in Japan.

The deal was struck between Hugo Merry, who as part-owner and part-breeder has been a central figure in the Covert Love story, and Emmanuel de Seroux of Narvick International.

“We were tempted to wait for the December Sale,” said Merry. “But she's owned by seven of us and, sadly, it was always the case that she was going to have to be sold.
