High-class Patascoy among seven wildcard entries for Arqana Autumn Sale
Last year's French Derby runner-up Patascoy is one of seven eye-catching wildcard entries to the Arqana Autumn Sale catalogue at Deauville on November 18.
Listed as lot 138b, the four-year-old son of Wootton Bassett is part of the dispersal from the late Roberto Cocheteux Tierno. He won on his comeback on the Flat this season before making his debut over hurdles at Auteuil last month, finishing fifth in the Listed Prix Achille-Fould.
The winner of his latest start over a mile and a half at Longchamp, Gaius (170) has impressed for the Francis Graffard stable and could be another to take high rank.

A son of Denham Red bred by Haras de la Rousseliere, just like the fine chaser Un De Sceaux, Fourbi will be offered by Fabrice Foucher, having won well at Le Pin au Haras a fortnight ago.
Others to note are Network gelding Glajou, who finished third on his first two outings over jumps, and Gospelus, who was third in a hot AQPS event at Craon.
Flip De Vega, out of a sister to the mighty Quevega, should have plenty of interest after winning the Listed Prix Santo Pietro Hurdle at Auteuil, while Denomedenuo has shown similar promise in novice hurdles already.
