The final auction of the Doncaster calendar takes place on Friday as Goffs UK host the December Horses-in-Training Sale.

The 162-lot catalogue has been boosted through the addition of 14 supplementary entries, a list headed by the classy Locker Room Talk, who will be offered by Nigel Twiston-Davies' Grange Hill Farm (lot 92).

The seven-year-old son of Beneficial has made a promising start to life over fences, winning three of his six outings over the larger obstacles, including when making all and jumping boldly in a Kempton handicap last time out.

Other lots with recent winning National Hunt form include the Peter Bowen-trained pair Dalkingstown (53), who scored at Ffos Las, and the useful Equus Dancer (57), who remains unbeaten over fences, while Mark Walford consigns Floating Rock, who took his record to two from two for the trainer with a comfortable victory at Sedgefield (116) last time out.

There is also Teescomponentslass (91), a daughter of Presenting who finished a promising runner-up on her debut in an Ayr bumper for Gillian Boanas.

Godolphin send a ten-strong draft to Doncaster, among which are the well-related fillies Spirit Of Truth (78), Political Approach (79) and Apatite (79A), while those with winning form to their names include the Night Of Thunder two-year-old Currency Exchange (80A) and Vasco Da Gama (84), a son of Dansili who fetched €300,000 as a yearling.

The single-session auction has been reformatted after it was announced that Goffs UK would host the December Point-to-Point Sale at Yorton Farm on December 17 following the success of the November edition of the sale, at which Jonbon fetched a record £570,000 when bought by JP McManus.

Those looking to purchase at Doncaster on Friday will have the option of Goffs UK's live online bidding facility. Entry to the sale will be restricted to those intending to take part in the auction.

Those planning to attend must pre-register and complete the online Covid-19 medical form on the Goffs UK website.
