The first Arqana online pop-up sale will take place on Wednesday April 6 and feature five lots.

Boutique offerings of either single or several lots, the sales will be put together to provide vendors with timely exposure and opportunities for sale.

They will run throughout the year and the first catalogue sees three horses in training, a mare in foal to France's leading first season sire Zarak and a breeding right to Group 1 winner Belardo on offer.

Burkina Faso (lot 1) is a winning daughter of Mukhadram from an excellent Gestut Ammerland family of Group 1 winners Borgia, Boreal and Baltic Rock. She is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Angel Power by Lope De Vega and is offered carrying her first foal on a February 19 cover.

The trio of horses in training include Impaire Et Passe (3), who made an impressive winning debut for Yannick Fouin at Nancy last weekend. A four-year-old, he shares his sire Diamond Boy with Grade 1 winner L'Homme Presse.

A breeding right to Belardo, who stands at Darley's Kildangan Stud for €9,000, is also on offer (5) during Wednesday evening's online sale. The Group 1 Dewhurst and Lockinge Stakes winner was one of Europe's leading first season sires in 2020 with the likes of Rockfel Stakes winner Isabella Giles and the Group 3 winners Lullaby Moon and Elysium in his first crop.

Bidding will run from 4pm to 6pm CET. Anyone wishing to bid in the pop-up sale can register here and the full catalogue is available to view here.
