John Dance, owner of recent Prix Saint-Alary winner Laurens, joined us in the Racing Post studio on Friday to talk about his admirable filly, industry issues and more.

Dance - whose colours were carried to an easy victory in the Woodcote Stakes at Epsom by Cosmic Law immediately after the Postcast was recorded - tells us about his short and longer-term plans for Laurens.

He also gave us his views on attracting owners to the sport, current issues with over-supply at the sales and why he is such an ardent supporter of racing in the north of Britain.

And there are updates on his other horses - including ten-length Pontefract winner New Society and the unbeaten Celestial Force - as well as a promise for a new dance routine if Laurens wins the Prix de Diane.
