Breeding right in Invincible Spirit to be auctioned online
Selling starts at 3PM local time on Thursday
Arqana Online is to auction a breeding right in Irish National Stud stalwart Invincible Spirit on its facility with the auction starting on Thursday.
The 20-year-old son of Green Desert, who won the Haydock Sprint Cup, has supplied 15 individual winners at the highest level including four-time Group 1 hero Kingman, Shalaa, Charm Spirit, National Defense and Profitable.
As well as supplying a host of top-class performers on the racetrack, he has a number of sons at stud including leading Australian sire I Am Invincible, Mayson, Lawman and the already mentioned trio of Kingman, Shalaa and Charm Spirit.
The breeding right, which is available from the 2017 breeding season onwards, allows the holder to cover one mare per calendar year to Invincible Spirit for the duration of his working life.
It does not guarantee a carry forward or free return for the following season, should the mare not produce a foal and does not entitle the holder to a dividend should they choose not to use the breeding right in a particular season.
A number of shares and breeding rights have been auctioned on the facility since its launch, including ones for Siyouni, Le Havre and Wootton Bassett.
The auction will begin at 3pm local time (2pm GMT) on Thursday and close 24 hours later on Friday.
