Siblings to no fewer than three 2020 Cheltenham Festival winners headline the 532-lot catalogue for this year's Goffs Land Rover Sale.

The auction, which counts top-class talents Altior and Faugheen among its past graduates, is due to take place on the revised dates of August 4-5.

A and N Bloodstock are set to offer the Fame And Glory gelding out of China Sky (Lot 45), whose half-brother Champ produced a remarkable finish to land this year's RSA Chase; the Mahler half-sister to Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle victor Monkfish will be presented by Ennel Bloodstock (149); while a Kalanisi half-brother to impressive Champion Bumper winner Ferny Hollow is to be consigned by Castletown Quarry Stud (159).

On the release of the bumper catalogue, Goffs group chief executive Henry Beeby said: "On the racecourse and in the sales ring the Land Rover Sale has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is now a true market leader thanks to the support of leading vendors who continue to send more of their best stores to Goffs.

"This year's catalogue continues the sale's evolution, with an outstanding selection of pedigrees combining with a superb bunch of athletes that look well placed to follow in the footsteps of the Land Rover Sale's many famous graduates."

Samcro, winner of the Marsh Novices' Chase, and Put The Kettle On, successful in the Racing Post Arkle, added further shine when winning at the Cheltenham Festival earlier in the year.

With the Covid-19 pandemic having cast uncertainty on sales around the globe, Beeby added that Goffs would be monitoring government advice ahead of the sale, and raised the possibility of online bidding having a more prominent role to play in proceedings that has previously been the case.

He said: "This is an unprecedented year and we will continue to closely monitor Government directives as the Covid-19 crisis evolves to ensure that we can provide the safest environment for our consignors, purchasers and staff.

"The Goffs team will employ all traditional and digital means to promote the catalogue over the coming months and conduct the sale in a way that reaches the maximum audience. We look forward to welcoming buyers back to Goffs in August or to hosting them digitally as they source their next National Hunt champion."

All horses offered for sale are eligible to enter the €100,000 Goffs Land Rover Bumper at next year's Punchestown Festival, where the winning vendor will also win a new Land Rover Discovery.
