Kitkou will relocate to Haras de Jalogny in the Central East of France for the 2020 breeding season, with the six-year-old son of Martaline having previously stood alongside Buck's Boum at Haras d'Enki.

The unraced Kitkou, who took up stud duties at Enki in 2016, is a full-brother to the Grade 1 chase winner Kotkikova, a grey mare who recorded nine of her 11 wins at Auteuil, including the Grade 1 Prix Ferdinand Dufaure Chase.

"Kitkou returns to a region that will appreciate him strongly, since many of the unitholders are from the Central East," Sylvie Le Gall told France-Sire. "He'll be well received and we hope that he'll have the success he deserves. His genetic heritage is of course very interesting and the Central East region is known for its jump racing.

"Next year will be a crucial year for Kitkou as his first three-year-olds start to race. There are 22 of them and we are counting on this generation."

Kitkou will join Estejo - a dual Group 1 winner over ten furlongs in Italy - on the Jalogny roster.
