Entries have been released for the Tattersalls Cheltenham December Sale, which takes place on Friday December 13 following day one of the International Meeting.
The catalogue contains 39 lots, comprised of: 20 winning and placed four-year-old point-to-pointers; nine winning and placed five-year-old pointers; four winning and placed bumper performers; four French imports with form in bumpers and over hurdles; six-time winner Louis' Vac Pouch and the Grade 3-placed juvenile hurdler Tremwedge.
Among those with eye-catching point-to-point form are:
- Sir Gerhard, a €72,000 son of Jeremy who won by an unextended 12 lengths at Boulta on debut for Ellmarie Holden (Lot 22)
- Denis Murphy's Corran Cross, a well-bred son of Doyen who landed a Tinahely maiden last month (29)
- Gallyhill, a son of Getaway who scored in taking style at Kirkistown on debut for Jamie Sloan (33)
- The Colin Bowe-trained Visionarian, a son of Vision D'Etat who ran out an impressive first-time-out winner at Knockmullen House (40)
Further wildcard entries will be taken over the weekend.
