For the third consecutive year, Arqana is teaming up with David Lumet to organise the Lumet Show, a unique event in Europe that brings together pre-trained two and three-year-olds destined for a National Hunt career in partnership with Dynavena.

Each year the sale, held at Lumet's Écuries de la Ridaudière near Angers in western France, has produced top-level performers on both sides of the channel.

They include Ramses De Teillee, who added two Graded victories to his name last season, as well as Burn Out and Mick Pastor.

Graduates of the last two editions, the youngsters Gelboe De Ganay, Guardia Top, Granitiere and Gastibelza have followed in their footsteps when winning over jumps in France and England.

The 2020 Lumet Show catalogue brings together no fewer than 65 selected two and three-year-olds from several farms in the west, as well as the most well-known French National Hunt studs.

Stallions represented in the sale include Bathyrhon, Boris De Deauville, Cokoriko, Creachadoir, Gemix, Great Pretender, Kamsin, Kapgarde, No Risk At All, Masked Marvel, Montmartre, Prince Gibraltar, Spanish Moon and Voiladenuo.

The lots will be schooled over jumps from 9.30am local time on Wednesday, August 26, before going through the ring that afternoon from 2.30pm.

Following the recommendations of the local authorities, every effort will be made to welcome buyers in compliance with health protocols and in the best possible conditions to the Écuries de la Ridaudière.
