Tendulkar 11-4 to get landmark ton in Perth

SACHIN TENDULKAR is 11-4 with Ladbrokes to get his 100th international hundred in the third Australia v India Test thatbegins in Perth next Friday after missing out on the majestic milestone once again in Sydney.

The Little Master had moved serenely to 80 in India's second innings of the second Test when dismissed by Michael Clarke's part-time left-arm spin just before the second new ball was due. And his departure from the crease effectively sealed MS Dhoni's slide to a second defeat (by an innings & 68 runs).

But the Waca pitch is considered the paciest track in the world and the Baggy Green quicks have dominated the much-vaunted tourist batting order so far so there may be more value in the 9-2 that Tendulkar gets the elusive ton at Adelaide Oval - the adopted playing home of Sir Donald Bradman and venue for the fourth and final Test of India's series in Australia.

The Magic Sign also go 2-1 that the century comes in the one-day tri-series that follows the Tests and offer 2-1 that it does not come on this tour of Australia.

However, Tendulkar is still 1-6 with the firm to reach three figures internationally again this calendar year (must play in at least one more seriesn than this current Australian tour).

James Pattinson, who claimed five victims at the SCG, has been ruled out of the Perth Test as a precaution against picking up a stress fracture of the foot so Mitchell Starc steps up for the Aussies, who are 5-6 to prevail in the early prices. India and the draw are both available at 3-1.

Tim Bresnan has been ruled out of England's first warm-up game for their Tests against Pakistan in the UAE - a three-dayer against an ICC Combined 11 that starts on Saturday.

England are a standout 23-20 with Sportingbet to win the three-Test series that begins in Dubai on February 17. A draw in the first of two games at the DSC is 11-8, with the top-ranked Three Lions at 7-4 and Pakistan at 11-4.
