Goal-line technology 6-4 to be used this season
GOAL-LINE technology was given the nod by the International Football Association Board on Thursday and Ladbrokes are now 6-4 from 5-2 that either Hawk Eye or Goal Ref, the two approved systems, are used at some stage of the coming English season.
There is some speculation that the latter stages of the FA Cup will be chosen for implementation and Ladbrokes go 10-1 that a goal is awarded following a referral to such technology in next May's Wembley final.
