Suspended Terry 11-8 to lift trophy in Munich

CHELSEA captain John Terry will not play in the Champions League final against Bayern Munich at the Allianz stadium on May 19, but he will be allowed to lift the trophy if his side are victorios after UEFA relaxed their rules on the subject.

Terry was sent off in the 37th minute of the Blues' 2-2 draw against Barcelona at the Nou Camp on Tuesdayand will not be allowed on the bench for the final.

He, along with Raul Meireles, Ramires and Branislav Ivanovic, all of whom are banned after being booked against Barca, and Bayern's Luiz Gustavo, David Alaba and Holger Badstuber, will all have to watch the match from the stands.

Hills offer 11-8 that Terry is the first to lift the trophy in the event of a Chelsea win, but Frank Lampard is 4-5 favourite to be first to get his hands on the cup.

They then go 9-1 Didier Drogba, who gave Chelsea the first-leg lead at home, and the same price for caretaker manager Roberto Di Matteo.

Bets on the market will be voided if Chelsea do not win the final.
