Saints 10-3 for Super Bowl after going 10-0

NEW ORLEANS are no bigger than 10-3 with Boylesports and Totesport for the Super Bowl after going 10-0 for the regular season with a 38-7 stroll against Tampa Bay on Sunday night.

But the Saints are no the side only side with a perfect pre-play-off record so far.

Indianapolis, a standout 4-1 with Boylesports for glory at Dolphin Stadium on February 7, beat Baltimore 17-15 to also stand a chance of matching the 2007 efforts of New England. The Colts keep toughing it out.

However, neither team has streaked clear of their rivals though in the betting or respective conference standings and, of course, the Patriots were then stunned by the NY Giants in XLII.

The 2009-vintage New England are a general 5-1 for the Vince Lombardi Trophy after bouncing back from their high-scoring one-point reverse at Indianapolis to go 7-3 with a 31-14 success over the NY Jets.

The Patriots, 6-0 on their own Gillette Stadium patch, are joined on that mark by Minnesota and San Diego.

Betfred are biggest at 17-2 about the Vikings who tore Seattle to shreds 35-9 while the Chargers, still 14-1 in places, are as short as 10-1 after surging to a fifth-straight win and top spot in AFC West.

But Cincinnati, eased to a general 16-1, and 22-1 Pittsburgh, last year's winners in Tampa, both suffered shock defeats and they are split in the lists by runners-up Arizona at 20-1.
