ANDY MURRAY has been cut to a general 11-4 for the ATP season-ending World Tour Finals at the O2 Arena after opening proceedings on Sunday afternoon with a 6-3 3-6 6-2 success over US Open champion Juan Martin Del Potro.
Ahead of Sunday evening's second Group A game between Roger Federer and Fernando Verdasco, Federer was the general 5-2 favourite for the tile with Novak Djokovic at 11-4, like Murray, with Blue Square, Coral and Stan James. Rafael Nadal is a standout 17-2 with Boylesports and it is 11-1 bar.
Nadal kicks-off Group B on Monday afternoon against Robin Soderling and is a general 4-6 to exact revenge for his French Open fourth-round defeat when troubled by a dodgy knee and was subsequently sidelined for three months.
The Swede, who went on to lose in the final at Roland Garros to Federer and then gave him a fright again in the Flushing Meadows quarter-finals, is 11-8 with Stan James.
Djokovic, who has won back-to-back finals in Moscow and Paris, is a standout 1-2 with Stan James to beat Nikolay Davydenko.
However, Davydenko, 15-8 with Bet365, triumphed when they met in the Shanghai semi-finals last month and he went on to down Nadal 7-6 6-3 in the final.
