Harry cut for England after not guilty verdict

HARRY REDKNAPP and Milan Mandric were found not guilty of any charges relating to tax evasion at Southwark Crown Court on Wednesday, and in response bookmakers have slashed the Spurs boss's odds of being named the next England manager.

Redknapp began the day as a general 2-1 chance to succeed Fabio Capello in the national role, but after the jury delivered their verdict he was immediately cut and was a top-price 8-15 with Paddy Power on Wednesday lunchtime.

Jose Mourinho is no bigger than 5-1 to take over from Redknapp at Tottenham. The former Chelsea boss is currently in charge of Real Madrid, where his contracts runs for two more seasons.
