Giants 7-2 for NFL glory after stunning Green Bay

NEW ENGLAND are the new favourites to win the Super Bowl after a dramaticweekend of Divisional play-offs which saw defending champions Green Bay dumped out by the New York Giants.

The Packers, who had averaged 35 points a game in their 15-1 regular season, were beaten 37-20 at Lambeau Field by the Giants, who were backed at 159-1 for overall glory on Betfair when holding a 7-7 record on December 18.

They have won their last four matches and are 2.5-point underdogs against San Francisco in Sunday’s NFC Championship game at Candlestick Park.

Ladbrokes are a standout 11-8 about the Patriots after they cruised past Denver 45-10 and they are seven-point favourites against Baltimore in the AFC showdown.

The 49ers are 10-3 for overall glory with Betfred, the Giants are a best-priced 7-2 and BetVictor are 13-2 about the Ravens celebrating a Super Bowl success in Indianapolis on February 5.
