Giants 20-1 for another Super Bowl success

NEW YORK GIANTS won their second Super Bowl title in five years by beating New England 21-17 in Indianapolis - but the Big Blue are on offer at 20-1 to repeat the feat in 2013.

The Giants were the three-point handicap underdogs at Lucas Oil Stadium but started strongly, taking the lead with a safety which had been a 125-1 chance to be the first scoring play and going 9-0 up when Victor Cruz caught the first touchdown of the game.

The Patriots led 10-9 at half-time, though, and were 17-15 up with a minute to go when Ahmad Bradshaw scored the decisive touchdown for the Giants. The Big Apple side had been 40-1 shots before the season began and were 66-1 after suffering their seventh defeat of the season in Week 15.

2011 champions Green Bay are the 7-1 favourites to regain the Vince Lombardi Trophy next season, with the beaten Patriots 8-1 and 2010 victors New Orleans 9-1.
