England 4-7 for Windies ODI series success

THE third Test match between England and the West Indies at Edgbaston finished as it had started with the whole day lost to rain.

Play was only possible on days three and four of the drawn Test which
left England as 2-0 winners of the series.

Punters were quick to latch on to the poor weather and bet365 spokesman Steve Freeth said: "There wasn't much cricket in Birmingham, but ante-post backers of the draw from 9-2 all the way down to 4-11 won't be too concerned about that."

England will be hoping for drier conditions at The Rose Bowl on
Saturday when they play the first of three ODIs against the Windies.

Ian Bell is back in the squad after Kevin Pietersen's retirement and
Hills make England 4-7 to win the series and 3-1 for a 3-0 victory.

England squad for ODI series (starts Saturday): A Cook (capt.), J Anderson, J Bairstow, I Bell, R Bopara, T Bresnan, S Broad, J Dernbach, S Finn, C Kieswetter, E Morgan, S Patel, G Swann, J Trott.
