Carroll 5-4 to be named in England Euros squad

ANDY CARROLL, who scored once and had a potential FA Cup final-equalising header clawed away on the line by Petr Cech, is 5-4 with bet365 to make England's Euro 2012 squad going into Tuesday's Liverpool v Chelsea 're-match' at Anfield.
