Group A stays open affair after Blaszczykowski gem

RUSSIA remain 12-1 with Hills to win Euro 2012 after Tuesday night's 1-1 draw with co-hosts Poland in Warsaw.

But plenty of firms have clipped Dick Advocaat's men - now 3-10 with Hills for Group A and 1-8 with Ladbrokes to qualify for the quarter-finals - for glory after they kept top spot in the section with the point from an entertaining encounter, that contained a gem of a levelling goal from Poland skipper Jakub Blaszczykowski, taking them to a total of four.

Blaszczykowski's blast was a blessing for Hills, who reported a £2m liability on Russia following a gamble on them for the game, and means that Poland and the Czech Republic are all but playing-off in Wroclaw for a place in the last eight on Saturday. 

The Czech Republic (three points) are a general 4-5 to qualify and Poland (two) 13-10 with Blue Square but 4-1 Greece, on one point, can also still go through on one permutation too if they overturn Russia in Warsaw.

Alan Dragoev opened the scoring for Russia and has moved to the top of the Golden Boot standings with three strikes. He is now a standout 3-1 with Hills to secure the spoils.

And Hills go 16-1 that there is a faster goal than the Czech republic's Petr Jiracek's third-minute opener against Greece. They also offer 6-5 that there are three or more strikes inside the first five minutes in the rest of the tournament.

The Czech Republic are 9-2 shots to win the group with Poland at 9-1 with bet365 and Greece at 80-1.

In the outright betting, Poland are 50-1 shots, Czech Republic can be backed at 66-1 and Greece at 250-1.

Holders Spain are general 3-1 favourites while BetVictor have eased Germany to 10-3.
