Goal-up Blackpool 4-7 to claim play-off final place

BLACKPOOL are 4-7 with Paddy Power to claim a berth in the Championship play-off final after beating Birmingham1-0 at Bloomfield Road on Friday night.

A Curtis Davies own goal separates the teams going into Wednesday's semi-final second leg at St Andrews for which the Blues are 10-11 favourites to prevail in 90 minutes.

Thedraw and away win, which will see the Tangerines get to Wembley on Saturday May 19, are biggest again with Boylesports at 11-4 and 10-3.

And Ian Holloway's men are 11-4 second-favourites with Boylesports behind West Ham for promotion to the Premier League.

The Hammers, 2-0 up on Cardiff from Thursday's game in the Welsh capital, are a general 5-6 to return to the top flight after one season in the Championship and 1-14 to reach Wembley following Monday's second legat Upton Park.

Birmingham, 11-8 with Paddy Power to qualify for the final, are a general 4-1 for promotion while the Bluebirds can be backed at 25-1 with bet365.
