Bilic 6-1 to be a Premier League boss next term
SLAVEN BILIC has said he will step down as Croatia manager after Euro 2012 and Hills rate him 20-1to be a Premier League manager on the first day of next season and 6-1 to manage a top-flight English club at some stage during the 2012-13 season.
The Bilic news came as he named his provisional squad for the finals and there was no place for Bolton’s Ivan Klasnic. Bilic is 50-1 for the West Brom post in a market headed by Birmingham boss Chris Hughton, who has been slashed to odds-on in places but remained 2-1 with Coral.
Hughton became all the rage after his Blues side were beaten 3-2 on aggregate by Blackpool in the Championship play-off semi-finals at St Andrew’s on Wednesday night. The Seasiders are 11-8 shots to gain promotion at Wembley on May 19 when they take on 4-6 favourites West Ham.
