AVB 9-4 to steer Spurs to better finish than Blues
ANDRE VILLAS-BOAS signed on as Tottenham's new manager on Tuesday afternoon and is 9-4 with bet365 to steer Spurs to a higher Premier League finish than Chelsea this season.
It happened last campaign, of course, when the Stamford Bridge club sacked Villas-Boas in March after a poor run of form and the Lilywhites are 7-1 with the firm to give AVB full revenge with a maximum six-point haul from their top flight meetings this term.
Bet365 also make Spurs 11-4 to win a trophy and 9-2 to win more trophies than the Blues whose Champions League success in May meant they claimed the fourth English berth in this season's premier European club competition.
Boylesports offer 15-8 about another Tottenham top-four finish and Hills go 4-1 about them being the top London club.
Newcastle are 6-4 favourites in Hills' list on which side will inflict the first defeat of AVB's White Hart Lane tenure. They meet at St James' Park in the very first game of the campaign with Manchester United, at Old Trafford on September 29, next in the betting at 9-4.
Hills also go 4-1 about Spurs picking up a perfect nine points from their first three games - at home to West Brom and Norwich after their Toon trip. Seven points is the 11-4 favourite in this special with six points at 7-2. No points is 80-1.
AVB is 4-11 with bet365 to last the season at Spurs and 1-2 with Boylesports to be at the helm on the first day of next season.
Boylesports go 12-1 about AVB being named manager of the year but also chalk him at 8-1 to have been sacked by Christmas.
