The 40th World Series of Poker (WSOP) kicked off this week and packages to the Main Event are still available.
Racing Post Poker is running a $17,000 qualification deal. While official WSOP sponsor, Everest Poker is set to match the winnings of all their players up to $1,000,000 and share it with all those who qualified - even if they are knocked out early.

Harlow charity game
THE card room at Harlow Greyhound Stadium stages a charity tournament in aid of Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital Sunday night.
Entry fee for the texas hold'em tournament is £110 (including registration fee) with ten per cent of the prize pool being donated to the charity. Action begins at 7.30pm, and invited guests include former England footballers Teddy Sherringham and David Seaman.
New tournament
A THREE-DAY €40,000 guaranteed texas hold'em tournament has been added to the Irish poker calendar.
The Waterford Masters Festival of Poker, to be held from July 23-26, will cost €440 to enter and will be held at the Grand Hotel in Tramore.
