Wishfull Thinking: trainer Philip Hobbs opts against taking on Sizing Europe

SIZING EUROPE has been cut for the Boylesports.com Champion Chase following the news that Wishfull Thinking will miss Tuesday's feature in favour of the Celebration Chase at Sandown.
Wishfull Thinking had been as short as 6-1 but his absence from the Punchestown festival has forced layers to take action and Sizing Europe is now just 1-2 (from 4-6) with the sponsors to go one place better than 12 months ago when he chased home Big Zeb.
Wishfull Thinking's trainer Philip Hobbs said on Sunday: "He's going for the Celebration Chase at Sandown on Saturday for two reasons. One is the ground at Punchestown this week is going to be soft, the other is we are not going to be meeting Sizing Europe.
"I imagine he'd be favourite for the race at Sandown on Saturday."
