Already a Group 2 winner in Turkey, she will now continue her career in America with former Newamrket trainer Simon Callaghan.
A winner of the Sandringham Handicap at Royal Ascot last year, Rhythm Of Light was sent off the 12-5 favourite in the 1m contest and came with a withering late run from off the pace to win going away from her six rivals.
"She’s a real tough horse that travels well," Dascombe told the Daily Racing Form after the victory. "The jockey gave her a perfect ride."
The trainer added: "We’ll miss her. She's been our flagship horse this year. She's won in three countries and you don't get many like her. She'll be hard to replace."
Callaghan said after the race that Rhythm of Light will be considered for the $250,000 Matriarch Stakes, a 1m turf race for fillies and mares at Hollywood Park on November 25.
