SILVER BY NATURE, Teeming Rain and Halcon Genelardais were on Monday among 53 entries for the John Smith's Midlands Grand National at Uttoxeter on Saturday.
The £80,000 4m1f110yds handicap chase has also attracted seven entries trained in Ireland, including the Michael Hourigan-trained A New Story.
The Lucinda Russell-trained Silver By Nature won the Blue Square Gold Cup at Haydock last time, while Teeming Rain, who hails from the Jonjo O'Neill yard, secured back to back victories in the Devon National at Exeter earlier this month.
