Ted Durcan: Long Lashes 'a scrapper of a horse'
Picture: Edward Whitaker"She's a scrapper of a horse," said Durcan.
"She's not really a speed horse, but she's strong and has a lot of scope."
Godolphin racing manager Simon Crisford said: "This morning she was showing herself in season, and so we alerted everybody to that fact.
"Ted said he won with a bit in hand, and the plan would now be to winter her in Dubai and run her in the Guineas and Oaks out there. The next race for her could be the Moyglare Stud Stakes at the Curragh [on August 30]."
Long Lashes is entered in both of the top end-of-season Group 1s in Britain for fillies, the Meon Valley Stud Fillies' Mile at Ascot and the Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket.
