THREE-TIME bumper winner Shutthefrontdoor, already quoted at 25-1 for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival in March, makes his hurdling debut at Folkestone.
Trained by Jonjo O'Neill for leading owner JP McManus, the five-year-old son of Accordion was last seen claiming some notable scalps in a hot bumper at Newbury in February.
He returns to action after a break of 277 days and faces four rivals in a race won by the classy Medermit in 2008.
Shutthefrontdoor will be ridden by 17-time champion jockey Tony McCoy, who has four other rides at Folkestone.
There is also jumping at Fakenham, with Southwell in action on the all-weather. Wexford's meeting, however, failed an inspection and has been abandoned.
Going
Folkestone good on the chase course, soft over hurdles
Fakenham good, good to soft in places
Southwell standard
Wexford abandoned
