
Southwell specialist Imprimis Tagula backed
COURSE specialist Imprimis Tagula has been starved of action at Southwell through the winter, but now the course is operational again, a big run is expected in the 7f handicap (3.25) on the Fibresand.

Ten times a winner at the track, Alan Bailey's nine-year-old has halved in price to a general 8-1 shot (from 16), having finished fifth in a claimer over 1m at the course earlier in the month.
Also at Southwell, Gods Gift has assumed favouritism for the opening 1m 3f maiden (1.50). Trained by Rae Guest, the colt is generally 6-4 (from 5-2).
Corn Maiden is also yet to break her duck, but she has been backed down to 11-4 (from 9-2) for the 1m4f handicap (2.50).
