Sheikh Mohammed paid £30,000 to add the Prince Of Wales's Stakes third to the field with the expectation that the going will have turned in his favour by the weekend.
Farhh, who was one of three Godolphin horses among 15 five-day acceptors for the race, is the sponsor's 4-1 second-favourite behind the odds-on favourite So You Think.
Bin Suroor said: "Farhh came out of his latest run sound and has looked well since Royal Ascot. He is taking on some very good horses again but he showed in the Prince Of Wales's Stakes that he is an improving horse and that a mile and a quarter suits him well.

However, Sandown's clerk of the course Andrew Cooper said he was unsure how much rain would fall at the track this week.
Cooper said: "It's going to be very difficult to have any great confidence what amounts of rain we are going to have. Everyone has it in their minds it is going to be a very wet week.
"There will be bits and pieces of rain but it might not add up to a great deal. We have definitely dried out and it's fast ground. We could see a spell of rain this evening, thereafter it's not clear."
