The Oratorio filly made all the running and had a length to spare over Delicatezza, with a head back to the most fancied of the Botti runners, Aquila d'Oriente, who was staying on well at the finish.
Faciascura, who has now won four of her ten starts, was making her first appearance in black-type company having done her previous winning in a maiden and two conditions races.
Botti had earlier won the Listed Gran Premio d'Italia with Wild Wolf (Fabio Branca), who quickened four lengths clear of Bit Of Hell, while his brother Endo saddled Wedding Fair (Fabio Branca) to win the other Listed race on the card, the Premio Mezzanotte.
