Sundance joint-favourite for Warwick marathon

RICHARD'S SUNDANCE, trained by in-form Victor Dartnall, has been installed 8-1 joint-favourite with West End Rocker by the sponsors for Warwick's Classic Chase on Saturday.

Runner-up to Blazing Bailey in a staying handicap chase at Cheltenham on New Year's Day, the nine-year-old could renew rivalry with third-placed Officier De Reserve.

The Richard Lee-trained pair, Incentivise and Le Beau Bai, are alsoprominent in the market, bracketed among the 12-1 shots.

In addition to the £60,000 prize-money on offer, the winner of Warwick's 3m5f feature will be eligible for a £250,000 bonus if going on to win the Grand National Trial at Haydock next month and then the John Smith's Grand National at Aintree in April.
